Return Process and Shipping:

To request a return, please contact us at info@sacuda.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct shipping address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Counterfeit Goods and Fraud Policy:

We maintain a strict policy against the return of counterfeit items or items not purchased directly from our store.

Any attempt to return counterfeit merchandise or engage in fraudulent return activity will not be accepted and will immediately result in a permanent block from all future purchases, transactions, or dealings with our store. We reserve the right to report such activities to relevant authorities.
