Please allow a minimum of 1 day for order processing. This is in addition to the expected Royal Mail delivery timeframes. As we continue to grow our business we hope to offer faster processing and dispatch times.

UK Domestic Shipping:
To help ensure our products are delivered as cost-effectively as we can, we currently offer a subsidised shipping rate with Royal Mail:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48® Subsidised – 2-3 Business Days – £2.99
We hope to offer additional Royal Mail shipping options in the future for flexibility in delivery.
Please note the timeframes above are indicative only and not guaranteed by Royal Mail. As a result, we cannot offer any reimbursement for deliveries beyond the listed frames as this is out of our control.
International Shipping:
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to international locations at this time.
Order Status:
You will recieve an email notification when your order has been dispatched which will include a tracking number you can use to check on the status. Please allow up to 24 hours for Royal Mail to update their tracking information.
If you have not recieved your order within 5 business days of receiving confirmation of shipping, please contact us at info@sacuda.uk with your name and order number for us to investigate.
